Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our Sales Support and Bid Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the use of sales management software, developing best practices in response development, and owning and maintaining the use of the response database.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the process for prospect clients and industry consultants, creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with the prospect client/consultant.
  2. Work with all areas of the business as necessary to support the definition of the required system solution and business model.
  3. Coordinate the response to RFI/RFP documents and any other similar requests, ensuring deadlines and format requirements are met.
  4. Deliver a high-quality, accurate response within the set deadlines, ensuring Loopio is regularly reviewed and contains up-to-date responses.
  5. Own/build relationships across the business and with external parties, supporting the Sales team throughout the engagement.
  6. Facilitate client visits/workshops as required throughout the sales process, preparing accurate and informative presentation materials.
Requirements:
  1. A self-motivated, quality-driven individual with good planning skills and experience of meeting deadlines.
  2. Commercial and client-focused with good influencing skills, good oral, written, and presentation skills.
  3. An understanding of the sales process, experience within the UK financial services market, and a preferred detailed product understanding of the middle office/fund accounting, wealth management, and/or Life and Pensions sector.
  4. Good product understanding of industry and regulatory developments, flexible and able to set own priorities.
  5. An analytical but flexible individual with a pragmatic problem-solving approach and capability to 'think out of the box.'
  6. Experience of working in a sales, consultancy, or business process outsourcing environment, good awareness of FCA and European regulatory environments and trends.
