Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in the development and submission of bids and proposals to clients. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Sales team in the development and submission of bids and proposals to clients.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  5. Prepare and present high-quality proposals and bids that meet client requirements and expectations.
  6. Monitor and analyze proposal performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for future success.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in bid analysis and proposal development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
