Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by coordinating and managing the response to RFI/RFP documents and other similar requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales team in the preparation of responses to RFI/RFP documents and other similar requests.
  2. Coordinate the response process to ensure deadlines and format requirements are met.
  3. Work closely with internal teams, including Change, IT, Operations, Compliance, Client Relationship, and Senior Executives, to support the definition of the required system solution and business model.
  4. Deliver high-quality, accurate responses within set deadlines.
  5. Ensure that Loopio is regularly reviewed and contains up-to-date responses.
  6. Build and maintain relationships across the business and with external parties.
  7. Support the sales team throughout the engagement.
  8. Facilitate client visits and workshops as required throughout the sales process.
  9. Prepare accurate and informative presentation materials.

Requirements:

  1. A self-motivated, quality-driven individual with excellent organisational skills.
  2. Good planning skills, with experience of meeting deadlines.
  3. Commercial and client-focused with good influencing skills.
  4. Good oral, written, and presentation skills.
  5. An understanding of the sales process.
  6. Experience within the UK financial services market, with a preferred detailed product understanding of the middle office/fund accounting, wealth management, and/or Life and Pensions sector.
  7. Good product understanding of industry and regulatory developments.
  8. Flexible and able to set own priorities.
  9. Analytical but flexible with a pragmatic problem-solving approach and capability to 'think out of the box'.
  10. Experience of working in a sales, consultancy, or business process outsourcing environment.
  11. Good awareness of FCA and European regulatory environments and trends.
