Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

Our client is a leading remediation contractor offering innovative solutions for brownfield regeneration and contaminated land issues. With a strong track record of successful projects throughout the South of England, they are seeking a skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and understand tender information, including Phase 1 & 2 Reports, Project Specification, Ground Investigation Logs, Remediation Strategies Contract Documents, Regulatory requirements & consents, H&S requirements, Cut/Fill requirements, etc.
  2. Identify and communicate with key Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to assemble the Bid Proposal.
  3. Scope project requirements, including drafting and completing Scoping Letter, Pricing Schedule / BoQ, Programme / Sequencing Plans & Operational / Logistical Requirements, Cut/fill / Materials Balance, H&S requirements, etc.
  4. Attend Client Meetings to communicate Project Requirements.
  5. Forecast project financial performance and cashflow, to form a tender stage budget on secured works.
  6. Collaborate with Project Managers & Senior Operations Team to hand over secured projects efficiently & thoroughly covering all project aspects such as H&S, Technical, Operational & Commercial.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 years experience, with an estimating or commercial background. Estimating / Bid Management experience in the remediation field is preferred. A valid driving licence is essential as the role will involve a reasonable amount of travel (a vehicle will be provided).
