Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in the development and submission of bids and proposals to clients. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Sales team in the development and submission of bids and proposals to clients.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop tailored responses to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and included in the bid or proposal.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensure that all bids and proposals are submitted on time and meet the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in bid analysis and proposal development.
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
