Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

Our client is a leading remediation contractor offering innovative solutions for brownfield regeneration and contaminated land issues. With a strong track record of successful projects throughout the South of England, they are seeking a skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and understand tender information, including Phase 1 & 2 Reports, Project Specification, Ground Investigation Logs, and Remediation Strategies Contract Documents.
  2. Identify and communicate with key Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to assemble the Bid Proposal.
  3. Scope project requirements, including drafting and completing Scoping Letters, Pricing Schedules, Programme/Sequencing Plans, and Operational/Logistical Requirements.
  4. Attend Client Meetings to communicate Project Requirements.
  5. Forecast project financial performance and cashflow to form a tender stage budget on secured works.
  6. Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Operations Team to hand over secured projects efficiently and thoroughly.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating or commercial roles.
  • Estimating/Bid Management experience in remediation is preferred.
  • A valid driving licence is essential, as the role will involve a reasonable amount of travel.
