
Business Development Executive

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience working in the commercial property sector. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, including end-users, facilities managers, and customer managing agents.
A proven track record in sales and business development is essential, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
