Programme Planner Role at BAE Systems

We are seeking an experienced programme planner to join our team, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver key business milestones. This role offers the opportunity to develop your career with a leading defence organisation.

Estimated Salary: £40,748+ per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role:

  1. Deliver intermediate project reporting & scheduling to support project delivery and meet stakeholder needs.
  2. Undertake problem-solving and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Provide regular updates and advice on organisational objectives to key stakeholders.
  4. Lead PM&C processes for large and small non-complex projects.
  5. Identify, assess and manage risks to project success.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience in project planning and scheduling.
  2. Familiarity with project planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Aster Power projects).
  3. Background in planning or a related field.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  5. Project manager experience or qualification.
