About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deliverables, and identifying progress using project controls methodologies.

  • Develop project plans and set clear objectives to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Control changes to project plans and procedures to ensure compliance with governed procedures.
  • Provide support on Project Management issues and propose solutions in line with the programme strategy.
  • Develop effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and ensure project success.
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering tasks and ensuring project goals are met.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in applicable software including SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Control (PM&C) methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced project reporting and scheduling.

Benefits Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
