We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our Technology Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple R&D projects, coordinating with project technical leads, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the management of R&D projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Provide guidance to project technical leads on proposal development and project delivery.
- Ensure accurate project progress reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Coordinate monthly financial and progress reviews for R&D projects.
- Engage with partner universities to stay informed about emerging technologies.
- Support the development and updating of our Technology Strategy.
- Relevant STEM education or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and direct project teams effectively.
- Professional chartership or evidence of pursuing it.
