Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our Technology Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple R&D projects, coordinating with project technical leads, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of R&D projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Provide guidance to project technical leads on proposal development and project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate project progress reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate monthly financial and progress reviews for R&D projects.
  • Engage with partner universities to stay informed about emerging technologies.
  • Support the development and updating of our Technology Strategy.
Your Requirements
  • Relevant STEM education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and direct project teams effectively.
  • Professional chartership or evidence of pursuing it.
