Strategic Weapons Integration Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Strategic Weapons Integration Specialist to join our Trident Engineering team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a Strategic Weapons Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the integration of the Strategic Weapons System and Supporting Systems into the Dreadnought Class Submarine.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical input to Task Authorisation Forms and rectification of GFE material
- Review US-supplied documentation for impact on the UK platform and distribute it to internal stakeholders for review and comment
- Collaborate with the Change Management community via the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process to ensure a full impact assessment is conducted
- Work closely with the team and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise and assist with verification of US & UK requirements
- Contribute to the development of an enduring Trident Engineering capability
- Guide continuous improvement, challenging current practice where necessary
- Competitive salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum
