Job Title: Strategic Planning and Programme Manager

We are seeking a skilled Schedule Planning Specialist to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a member of our programme control group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored planning practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure good quality baseline and current plans are in place and maintained. You will interface and report on the whole programme status both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include involvement in submarine design, build, test and commissioning as well as AUKUS and BCCRP (BAE Systems Capacity Capability and Resilience Programme). You will also interface with Rolls-Royce, Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), Babcock and the joint programme management office to ensure integrated schedules for the customer.

Your skills and experience:

  • Essential: Experience using Primavera P6, Experience in Planning in major Project(s), Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
