Job Overview:
">We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Specialist to join our SSN programme team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of submarine design, build, test, and commissioning.
Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement tailored planning practices for our submarine projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality baseline and current plans are maintained.
- Interface and report on programme status both internally and externally.
- Drive quality improvements into design and build phase schedules.
- Coach team members, monitor their work, and contribute to performance management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience using Primavera P6.
- Planning experience in major projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
