The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Global Account Management to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our global account management team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a high-performing team of global account managers to achieve best-in-class performance.
  2. Develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals and company objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Guide team members in acquiring and maintaining decision-maker contacts and nurturing these relationships to drive growth.
  5. Drive the adoption of technology tools and processes to enhance account management practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consultative account management, sales, or customer success.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying account management or sales team.
  • Experience building high-performance customer-facing teams.
  • Advanced coaching and performance management skills.
  • Experience in value-based pricing and forecasting.
