Job Title: Global Disputes Business Growth Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth in our global disputes practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client targeting initiatives, facilitating strategic partnerships, and providing coaching to senior partners on BD strategies.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in client management and business development within the legal sector. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically are essential. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience, but we estimate a salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum for this position.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive client targeting approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior partners to align on BD strategies.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure seamless execution of client listening agendas.
