Client Services Team Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Team Manager to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. This pivotal role offers a unique blend of leadership and customer service skills, working as part of our leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our business.

About the Role

  • Manage and motivate a team of Client Services Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to meet performance KPIs, regulatory, and service level requirements.
  • Drive team engagement through proactive communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
  • Identify and highlight product and services gaps within our portfolio.
  • Set individual and team goals to ensure your team meets client, business partner, and business expectations.
  • Regularly review team members' performance and support their development.
  • Maintain your own self-development and attend training sessions as required.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with Sales Consultants, Clients, and Insurers.
  • Provide proactive telephone handling services for internal and external calls.

Requirements

  • Team Manager or Team Leader experience.
  • Experience of meeting financial, operational, service, and quality KPIs.
  • Highly organized with a focus on objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Experience in people management, motivation, coaching, development, and performance management.
