We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist in Group Risk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for group life, group income protection, and group critical policies
  • Assist with preparing information for Employee Benefits Consultants
  • Coordinate the administration of schemes, including invoicing, accounts, client queries, claims, underwriting, and rehabilitation support services
  • Communicate with clients and providers to ensure a market-leading customer experience

Requirements:

  • Group Risk experience is essential
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Customer Service experience is essential
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
  • Proactive and thorough in approach
  • Strong admin skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and a natural curiosity
  • Positive, collaborative, and resilient
  • Honest and have integrity
