We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our dynamic team at GTC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, including strategy, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with teams to support strategic decision-making and enhance internal processes and systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in financial management within SMEs.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Work Arrangements & Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- On-site with some flexibility.
