Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  2. Manage global procurement relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  3. Oversee the use of ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  5. Develop and maintain financial reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve profitability.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with a strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
