Join our clients IFA administration team in their Bromsgrove office, where hybrid working options are available. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing timely and efficient administrative support to senior IFA's

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to a team of senior IFAs.

Mentor an Administrator, assisting with workload management and addressing adviser requests.

Serve as an effective liaison between clients and advisers, keeping both parties informed of any submitted requests.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within administration systems.

Manage diary systems, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Arrange client meetings and oversee the IFA's diary.

Conduct 1:1 meetings with IFAs as needed.

Handle post-processing in compliance with SLAs.

Fulfill any reasonable requests from Directors/Managers of the business.

To be considered:
Experience in a Financial Services IFA support role, with a particular interest in Pensions and Investments.

Familiarity with key financial services platforms, especially WRAP platforms.
