**Integration Administrator**

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.

The role will require you will work closely with the Senior Administrators and the Integration Supervisor to ensure projects are integrated into AFH in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities as our Integration Administrator will include**:

- Assisting the Senior Administrators and Integration Supervisor with Company Acquisition projects at the Due Diligence stage to post completion integration
- Working with the other Administrators and Senior Administrator/s to ensure due diligence tasks are completed, included but not limited to:

- Assisting with data cleansing
- Ensuring that all agencies are transferred in a timely manner
- Ensuring that any information received is logged centrally and issues raised where applicable
- Checking of client and policy data
- Updating the systems accurately with client and policy information
- Ensure appropriate documentation is input or scanned and attached to client records
- Undertake filing, photocopying, and scanning duties when required
- Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the business

**What we are looking for in our ideal Integration Administrator**:

- Experience in a similar role would be desirable
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Ability to identify different scenarios and adapt processes accordingly
- Strong Microsoft skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Willing to learn and develop
- Able to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
