Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our lettings team in our Headingley Branch. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the line management of a team of Lettings Negotiators, managing the process of letting and marketing all properties to ensure that the portfolio is marketed effectively and all service levels and business targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of lettings negotiators to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase lettings activity and achieve business targets.
  • Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring all properties are presented in the best possible light.
  • Monitor and report on lettings performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all lettings procedures are followed and all properties are presented in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in sales and people management, preferably within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A positive and proactive outlook, with a desire to achieve in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, good planning and attention to detail.
  • Valid driving licence.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35k with uncapped OTE of £50k, company pool car, and attractive incentives.
