Academics is seeking a skilled Primary School SEMH Assistant to join our team in High Wycombe. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of a student with SEMH needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to support the student's SEMH needs, in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
- Support the student's learning and development through individualised approaches and activities
- Work with the student in a primary school setting to promote their academic and personal growth
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
