Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and driven SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their primary school in High Wycombe from January 2025.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and qualifications, with a passion for working with students who require additional support due to behaviour-related difficulties (SEMH).

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a welcoming and supportive environment, where the focus is on providing a high-quality education and promoting student well-being.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning space, as well as developing strategies to help students manage their emotions and behaviours.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
