Role Overview:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd in High Wycombe. Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, your duties will include assisting students with self-regulation activities and techniques, working with students who require additional support, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding policies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of child development, with knowledge of SEMH and SEN concepts. Your ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with students, staff, and parents is essential, along with your commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary and Benefits:
