Support Worker SEMH KS2 Student

We require an enthusiastic and caring support worker to join our team at Academics Ltd, providing one-to-one support to a KS2 student with SEMH requirements at a primary school in the High Wycombe area.
About the Role:- Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement a tailored support plan for the student
- Provide emotional and academic support to the student, promoting independence and self-confidence
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity
- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Full-time position available
- Long-term contract
- 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Salary:£29,000 - £34,000 per annum
