Primary SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN support assistant to join Academics Ltd at a friendly and welcoming primary school in the High Wycombe area.
About the Role:- Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Manager to provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement tailored plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students
- Offer one-to-one assistance to a KS2 student with SEMH requirements
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment for all students
- Previous experience as a SEN teaching assistant or similar role
- Passion for supporting students with SEN
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
- Full-time position available
- Long-term contract
- 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area
Salary:£27,500 - £32,000 per annum
