We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, develop your teaching skills, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About the Role
This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £93.24 per day. You will be working closely with our experienced teaching team to provide support and guidance to students with SEN. Your duties will include assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational programs, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation.
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Qualifications in special educational needs or related field.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
