About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with vulnerable children in a school environment, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating regularly with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification in English and maths
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary: £85-120 per day

Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
