We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Support Professional to join our team at Academics in High Wycombe. As a Primary School SEMH Assistant, you will work closely with a student with SEMH needs to support their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support the student's SEMH needs
  • Work with the student in a primary school setting to promote their academic and personal growth
  • Support the student's learning and development through individualised approaches and activities
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
