Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a highly skilled Early Years Specialist to join our primary school team in Buckinghamshire. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum-based lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote academic achievement, social development, and emotional intelligence among our students.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, monitoring student progress, and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities- To plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- To assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- To contribute to whole-school initiatives and collaborative projects that promote staff development and pupil engagement.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in Primary education, preferably with a focus on Early Years or KS2 teaching.
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical expertise, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
We are a small, rural school in Buckinghamshire, serving a diverse community of students and families. Our school values include a commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and social responsibility.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as pension scheme membership and generous holiday entitlement.
