About the Role

Your new company, a progressive public sector organisation based in the East of England, is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Project Lead to undertake a Lone Working Policy review.

The organisation prioritises staff safety and requires an updated policy to ensure the best possible service for employees.

The role offers flexibility, with options for part-time, full-time, or hybrid working models, as the project is expected to be completed within a 3-month period.

Your New Role

The current Lone Working policy was last reviewed before the Covid-19 pandemic and needs to be updated to prioritise employee wellbeing and safety.

As part of the review, you will make recommendations and suggestions to improve the overall service.

You will engage with internal stakeholders and departments, covering various customer-focused services, and work with the internal comms team to ensure employees are aware of steps to maintain their wellbeing.

What You'll Need to Succeed

As the successful candidate, you must have experience in reviewing and writing Health and Wellbeing policies for a public sector organisation.

You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures and how they can be improved.

Experience in implementing policies and procedures in the Health and Wellbeing market is essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are required for internal stakeholder engagement.
