About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Project Lead to join their team in the East of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating the organisation's Lone Working Policy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update the Lone Working Policy to reflect current best practices and organisational needs
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and departments to gather information and feedback
  • Make recommendations and suggestions to improve the overall service
  • Work with internal communications teams to ensure employees are aware of steps to maintain their wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience of reviewing and writing Health and Wellbeing policies for a public sector organisation
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current best practices and organisational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
