Resident Life Enrichment Specialist

We're seeking a Resident Life Enrichment Specialist to join our team at Caring Homes Group. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in developing personal activity plans that help every resident live life to the full and live as independently as possible.

About the Role

As a Resident Life Enrichment Specialist, you'll work closely with residents, their families, and our care team to understand every resident's past, present, and future goals. You'll use this understanding to create a tailored activity plan that's varied, fulfilling, healthy, and enjoyable for every resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personal activity plans that meet the unique needs and goals of every resident
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure a deep understanding of every resident's life experience
  • Plan and deliver activities that promote independence, social interaction, and overall wellbeing
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity plans and make adjustments as needed
