As a Wellbeing Coordinator at Caring Homes Group, you will play a vital role in developing personal activity plans that help every resident live life to the full and live as independently as possible. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personal activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and care teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes resident independence and participation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Ongoing and continuous career development and succession planning.
