Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Caring Homes Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering personalized activity plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and care staff to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities, events, and experiences that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures that promote resident well-being and safety.
