About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Recruiting Heads Ltd. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Occupational Health services to our clients, including health assessments, surveillance, case management, and health/wellbeing promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health assessments and surveillance at client sites
  • Provide case management and health/wellbeing promotion services
  • Travel to customer sites within a 1-hour radius
  • Ensure accurate and full completion of all necessary health records and service documentation
Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse qualification with NMC pin and no restrictions or conditions
  • Occupational Health Degree or Diploma qualification preferred
  • Occupational Health experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and autonomous working skills
  • Knowledge of full OH remit and confidentiality legislation/GDPR
