Substance Misuse Specialist

Open Road Visions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Misuse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will provide specialist support to women who have been subjected to domestic abuse and reside in our 9-bed specialist supported accommodation facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate recovery plans for clients, utilizing their individual recovery capital and actively supporting reintegration and sustained long-term recovery from substance misuse.
- Coordinate trauma-informed care for all clients entering the service and engaging in treatment.
- Develop recovery plans for individual clients, run groups in-house, provide aftercare plans, and work alongside the domestic abuse keyworker.
- Liaise with other service providers relevant to the individual's needs.

Requirements:
