Pulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Community Respiratory Service as a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of our waiting list by engaging with patients and providing motivational support to overcome barriers to pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Deliver pulmonary rehabilitation classes in various community venues across North East Essex, with the possibility of conducting home visits for assessments and reviews.
- Assist in the quality monitoring of the service by collecting and analyzing data for the National Audit of Respiratory programme.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the service and achieve accreditation standards.
