Associate Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Practitioner to join our Community Respiratory Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients with pulmonary rehabilitation and other respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation classes in various community venues across North East Essex.
- Conduct home visits to patients for assessment and review, within your scope of skills.
- Support waiting list management and engage with patients to motivate them to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Assist with quality monitoring of the service, including data entry and report running.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the service and achieve accreditation standards.
