Associate Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Practitioner to join our Community Respiratory Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients with pulmonary rehabilitation and other respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation classes in various community venues across North East Essex.
- Conduct home visits to patients for assessment and review, within your scope of skills.
- Support our waiting list management by engaging with patients, motivating them to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation, and addressing any barriers to participation.
- Assist with quality monitoring of the service, including data entry and report running for the National Audit of Respiratory programme.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and contribute to document management to support accreditation.

Requirements- Good standard of education.
- Support Workers Access Course/NVQ Level III/Level 1 or equivalent experience.
- HND/Foundation Degree in sports/exercise therapy or working towards.
- Experience working in the fitness industry, rehabilitation setting, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of respiratory conditions.
- Experience of community and hospital work.
