Neonatal Specialist Nurse Leader

The post holder will be responsible for leading the neonatal team and providing specialized care to bereaved families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to neonates and their families.
  • Providing specialized training to staff on neonatal loss management.
  • Remaining up-to-date with clinical nursing duties and providing expert advice to medical and nursing staff.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with medical examiner, chaplains, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing specialist advice on bereavement care and being available to give practical support to staff.
