Neonatal Safety Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Local Neonatal Safety Support Champion. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the safety and quality of maternal and neonatal care within our Health Board.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with our MatNeoSSP National Programme Leads and Clinical Lead to deliver and coach improvement support to our service.
- To collaborate with local managers and team colleagues to assist problem-solving and improvement/change potential.
- To engage local stakeholders in the process of change and improvement.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a management role.
- NMC or equivalent qualification.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Completed/previously undertaken improvement training.
