Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to neonates in a tertiary surgical neonatal intensive care unit
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in educational programs and contribute to the ongoing development of the team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in neonatal nursing, with a strong understanding of family-centered care concepts. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
