Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse
* Diploma/Degree in CHS [District Nursing] Specialist Practitioner DN

Desirable:

* Working towards or achieved Masters qualification

Experience:

* Experience as a Band 6 District Nurse or above
* Confident and competent in a wide range of clinical skills

Aptitude and Abilities:

* High level of interpersonal and communication skills
* Broad in-depth knowledge of all aspects of health issues
* Working knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
