Director of Sales Strategy

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join D2B Groups and make a significant impact on our sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and oversee the sales operations. Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make recommendations for sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Implement sales processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
