Luxury Art Sales Director

We are seeking a proactive sales-focused individual to join our Castle Fine Art team as Luxury Art Sales Director. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a newly opened Winchester Gallery and inspire your team to reach and surpass their own targets. You will be responsible for delivering great customer service to achieve and exceed sales targets. Based on your exceptional leadership skills, you will guide your team towards success.
As part of the role, you will have a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We believe this reflects the high level of expertise required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
