About the Role

We are seeking an experienced District Nursing Team Lead to join our Community Nursing service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing Clinical Leadership and Operational day-to-day management for the district nursing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in clinical leadership and operational management. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and operational management for the district nursing team
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • First-level Registered General Nurse
  • Relevant specialist District nursing qualification
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and operational management
Salary and Benefits:

£49,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role may require additional hours temporarily until the service area adapts to the new working pattern.
