IT Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Service Desk team at Elite Group.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or our service portal, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our cloud communications solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of technical inquiries and issues related to cloud communications solutions.
- Perform basic system administration and troubleshooting to identify resolutions or escalation points for customer UC or network problems.
- Log all customer support requests promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Understanding of computer systems and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
