Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and structure a team of 8 Support Technicians, defining processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement new processes, including ticketing systems, to drive team success.
  • Risk analysis and implementation of mitigating measures to ensure incident-free operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for 100% customer satisfaction.
